  Not only was the director, Tino Parisi, overly rude, aggressive, lazy and generally impossible to deal with, he was also in breach of several Acts of Victorian and Commonwealth legislation, his own company policy and the REIV code throughout his brief dealings with me.
  After disseminating my private correspondence (clearly marked confidential) to several other parties, he proceeded to divulge to me personal and confidential information regarding one of his clients, which included said client's history of being taken to court on matters relating to his properties.
  Perhaps Mr. Parisi is simply too busy to educate himself on the most basic privacy law and certainly customer service as he did mention that he "doesn't have time" to deal with maintenance matters relating to properties that he manages.
  On the plus side, Mr. Parisi was incredibly quick and efficient in throwing out red flag after red flag so I did not have to spend too long dealing with him.
